Patient Portal Access: Use the link emailed to you after scheduling your first appointment to complete your registration details online.
Arrival Time: Arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow for any final steps in the registration process.
Bring Essentials: Be sure to bring the following:
- Your insurance card and a valid photo ID.
- Payment method for any copay or deductible due at the time of service.
